Experienced Integration Engineer/Service Delivery Manager

My client is Australia’s top tier mobile carrier operating a wholesale mobile MVNO business. As an API integration specialist and service delivery manager, I am individually responsible for the service delivery project on $10+ million telecom charging & billing solution with half a million active users across 12 enterprise customers. I work from client site 2+ days a week and coordinate a team of 30 offshore engineers/testers daily.

My duties include but not limited to:
- onboard and integrate CRM with my client’s BSS product suite
- network connectivity planning, testing and troubleshooting
- end to end SOAP web services design, integration and support
- review and approve testcases
- panel on change approval board and perform risk analysis
- bring defects to closure quickly with proactive communication
- answer queries from various department of our enterprise customers

During this role I have achieved:
- 100% of our onboarding SLAs
- exceeded customer expectation in service delivery with 100% offshore resources
- developed value adding services in addition our exiting MS contract
- lead and developed remote and automated testing platform and services that saves $10,000s per year and brings higher quality, more confidence to customer’s product offering
- resolved many operations tickets from level 3 support

Front-end Developer

Over 6 months period I have rotated through 2 roles with in our TV&Media business unit to work as a web application developer and later helped out on UX research. The combination of my technical skills and human centred design methodology sparked great ideas for client project, presales engagement and developed an internal BI tool that is developed into a global tool.
